This notice explains how we handle the details you give us when you register for Perfentis updates.
What we collect
When you complete the sign-up form we collect your first name, last name, email address, an optional telephone number, the option you select to describe yourself, any additional description you choose to add, and your consent record.
We also store the page source and, where present in the link you arrived from, campaign parameters and the referring web address.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to keep you updated about what is coming from Perfentis and to understand which audiences are interested.
Email communications and consent
We only send you email updates where you have ticked the consent box. The wording you agreed to is: “I agree to be contacted by email with updates about what's coming. I understand I can unsubscribe at any time.” We store this wording, its version (v1.0-2026-08) and the date and time you gave consent.
Your optional telephone number
A telephone number is entirely optional. Providing it is not consent to marketing calls or SMS messages, and we will not use it for those purposes.
How your information is stored
Records are stored in a managed, access-controlled database. Public visitors can submit the form but cannot read, change or list any records. Access is restricted to authorised Perfentis administrators using authenticated accounts.
Unsubscribing
You can withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop contacting you using the contact route published at launch.
Access and deletion
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable data protection law.
Retention
We keep sign-up records only while they are needed for pre-launch communications, and delete or anonymise them once they are no longer required.
Cookies and analytics
This page does not currently set advertising cookies or run third-party analytics. If that changes, this notice will be updated before any such tools are enabled.

Company registration details, registered address and a contact address will be published here once confirmed. Nothing in this notice is intended to stand in for those details.
